Pallpy offers a 7-day window from the date of delivery for the return or replacement of eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or a replacement within this period.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. This means:

    • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • With all original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories intact.

    • In a resalable condition.

  • Original Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

  • Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

    • Product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

    • Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or product).

    • The product does not match the description on the website.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following categories of products are typically not eligible for return or replacement, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) with an expired or short expiry date.

  • Certain health and beauty products (e.g., cosmetics, perfumes, personal care appliances) that have been opened or used.

  • Jewellery (once the seal is broken).

  • Any product explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team via phone or email, and provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for photographs or further details.

  3. Pickup/Drop-off: Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a free pickup of the item from your delivery address. Alternatively, we may ask you to ship the item to a designated return center.

  4. Inspection: Once the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality check. This process typically takes 3-5 working days.

5. Refund and Replacement Options

Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item, you will be offered the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. This is our primary solution for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible or if you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund of the amount paid for the item.

    • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 working days and will be credited to your original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile Banking) or as store credit, based on your preference.

6. Free Home Delivery Service

As part of our commitment to affordable shopping, Pallpy offers a Free Home Delivery Service. This service extends to the return process: if a return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the return shipping costs will be completely covered by Pallpy.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support immediately. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy (section 1) will apply.
